Senator Ed Worley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University. Senator Worley had 14 successful years as Richmond’s City Manager. Under his guidance Richmond became one of the fastest-growing communities in Kentucky.
As State Senator, Mr. Worley is Democratic leader.
Senator Worley, a general contractor, is married to Jamie Mullins Worley, a guidance counselor at Madison Central High School. They have two children, Preston and Lauren. The family is pictured at left. They reside in Richmond and attend First Christian Church.
In his spare time, Senator Worley is active in youth activities. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Telford YMCA.
